A wonderful conclusion to this successful pony's career as she retires to stud, it was a fitting conclusion to her show career. Windflower was Supreme Champion Riding Pony as a yearling at her first showing at Sydney Royal and has won a total of 5 Supremes at Sydney Royal during her career.
Shifting, our Thoroughbred stallion, was 1st & Champion ANSA Stallion. Marena Cruising, Shifting's first progeny to show, was third in the Thoroughbred Yearling Colt led by Warren Barlow. What a Memory, led by Di Firth, was fifth in the TB mare class and Shifting was third in the Stallion class. Previously he has been Champion twice and Reserve there last year. All three handlers of these horses won the Best Dressed Handler Awards. Congratulations Di, Warren and Lindy.
Marena Memories, now owned by the Evans family of Robertson, was Reserve Champion ANSA mare.

Lee Stevens has since left us - We wish her luck on her chosen path. Luke, aged 9 months added another 'dement ion' to showing at the Royal! But he was happy and good and enjoyed all the activity around his playpen. We would like to thank those who helped Bruce & I care for him whilst his mother, Lindy, rode horses.
